I am finally back!!!!!! after such a long, long, long time of not blogging. For those that don't see me on a daily or at least weekly basis ( but i don't really think there really is much readership here). Well i am not dead yet. Judging from the last post that i left .......i was rather down in the dumps. But the thing about me ( which i don't quite understand either) is that, i don't feel that i had bounced back, but rather blurred out. So i dunno if this is healthy. But i guess i owe it to the fact that i always believe that how tough things get, tomorrow will always be a better day. I just have to be patient.

Anyway i guess all is good. So many things happened this past month plus, which i am not sure i might have blogged about even if i had my internet connection( my modem blew thus the haitus). Getting lazy to put it down in words. But i guess since i am here. And it is indeed another new year, i shall mark this page with my first post off 2005 preferabily b4 january ends Hope this year brings more new experiences and new horizon. Maybe new ppl in my life too? I just don't want to be stagnated thats all.

So what did happen for the pass month plus. Well a new year did come. And we celebrated it this year without getting chased by a dog ...... We didn't do a wild new year celebration yet though. So maybe we should do it one of this years. But it wouldn't be right if it was this year anyway. Which lead me to the tsunami which happened dec 26. And to think that we didn't even know on that day itself. And we ourselves were at sentosa on a beach. Although perhaps sentosa was no where near harm's way, being human you just can't help thinking about the what if's. But i guess there is only so much you can conrtol in life.

But before that, there was the singapore trip which i guess could be classified as a miracle. Nothing was really confirmed till the last few days. And even then till the last 2 days i wasnt even sure i wanted to go. But at least it didn't turn out to be a complete disaster. Just a mini one . And i would say adds to another one of my traveling experience. If u can put it tat way. But i have to say that i can't wait to be able to travel to other countries. The experience is just not easily explained. And it isn't about the bragging of having been to a certain place but rather the amazing feeling of awe and appreciation you get when you experience the culture and the ppl and the places that are just different. What benefit is that? i dunno, but it sure gives u more to think about. Tour groups are a good way to start. But it would be more interesting to explore the place yourself. And if i got a chance to work in singapore end of this year i will be a real happy camper. There are still some places that i haven't manage to check out and living there for more than just a few days is a different experience as well.

Other than that, there was also the engineering inventions N innovations competition which just wrapped up which was held in University Malaya. Great experience. Met quite some amusing ppl . Too bad i didn't think of getting their e-mails or something ...... kinda regreted it. This ppl could be someone that i have to deal with in the future. All these future engineers. The standards of public unis are kinda frighetningly great. Makes me kinda feel overshadowed. Not that i ever thought they weren't good. Just didn't really think about it at all.

Ah well chalked up some interesting experience. Hope it keeps coming my way. though i need to cross my fingers to pass my 2 supp papers coz i don't want the experience of falling behind a semester if i can help it. Or even overloading. Ah cest la vie. ta ta
